How to Enable/disable Ethernet network adapter from command line

In this video I have shown how you can enable or Disable network network adapter from command line.
This example is shown in Windows 10 PC. This method would work on all windows platform.

1. Open the command prompt in Administrator mode. Search for CMD in start menu, Then right click and select ‘Run as Administrator’.

2. Now to view all your network adapters through command prompt. You can use the below command.

On running the above command in Command prompt. It will display all the available adapters in your PC as shown in the below image. In my PC there is 2 adapters ‘Ethernet’ and ‘Wi-Fi’

3.To disable the any adapter you can use below command.

In my case the adapter name is ‘Wi-Fi’, So the command will be as shown below.

4.To enable the any adapter you can use below command.

In my case the adapter name is ‘Wi-Fi’, So the command will be as shown below.
